this evening at 4,i have some guests to come..so i decided to make paneer roti with potato curry..dont know whether they like it... even though i had already given this in game recipe,it wasnt done till the date..but today i made them for my guests...anyway again im sharing that recipe here..

paneer-100gms,maida-2cups,kasuri methi-1/2cup,salt,oil to fry....
beat paneer in a mixer...take a bowl, add all things together nd knead well with sufficient water...make small balls nd then roll out the puris...deep fry them in hot oil one by one..thats all...
expecting doorbell at anymoment ..so im off now just uploading the pic as well......

todays special in my kitchen is tomato and capsicum rice

I made this with my leftover basmati rice

you need..
rice 1cup
onion chopped 1 medium
ginger 1 small piece finely chopped
capsicum 1 cut into small pieces
tomato 1 cut into small pieces
juice of 1 lime
corriander leaves chopped 1 bunch
sambar powder 1 Tsp
salt
oil 2 Tsp
ghee 1Tsp

heat oil.saute onion and ginger.add capsicum and fry for 3 mts on high flame.Add tomato and fry for another 3 mts. Add salt, sambar powder and lime juice.mix well. Add rice and garnish with corriander leaves. Add ghee and serve hot. Weight watchers for one day you can use ghee for this dish..aroma come from ghee makes this dish tastier.

guys belive me this is a very simple and very tasty dish.

Leela,

Your jamun recipe is so very easy to make. That too bread is always there in the house, so this is a MUST TRY recipe for me.
Will try it out & post feedback.
Thanks for sharing.
