| thanks for the info cheer. cud u pls tell me much more abt the potato u have mentioned and also abt the porridge oats. I dont like the kozha kozhappu(mucilage) of the oats, i bought quaker - regular, is it ok for making porridge?? If u know any other foods needed during pregnancy, let me know pls.. thanks |

| Hello, THe plain oatmeal is kind of difficult to consume. You can try flavoured oatmeals. I consume 'Honey nut' flavoured otameal for my breakfast. I like that. Most of the fruits and vegetables has fiber (apple, orange, spinach etc). Good luck, Punitha |
