Low cal Broken wheat dosa
1 cup broken wheat or lapsi or dalia
2 small tomatoes
2 green chillies
1 tsp jeera
salt as per
soak broken for 1/2 hr water. drain and Grind broken wheat , chopped tomatoes,green chillies,salt ,jeera together to a batter.
and then make a dosa out of it in a nonstick pan on medium flame.
Belive me it comes out so thin without any oil .
Pefrefct for diabetic people as well as ideal for weight watchers. U can also add grated veggies to it to make it more nutitious.
Goes well with Pudina or onion chutney.
