| hi friends, same as think we can also make palak rice. its really a healthy and tasty one. 1.wash palak properply. 2. put it in mixer n make a paste,add garlic also. 3. take oil and put cumin(jeera) and put the paste in it, stir it for 15-20 min. 4. take rice and put this paste with it and the entire thing in cooker. cheers, Ansul |

| I buy Brown rice. recently i found that they sold Brown Basmati rice nearby and price is quite cheap too compared with white rice very tasty I have made pulao and even mint pulao using brown rice. Brown bread you can make any sandwich you normally like. Hope this helped:) |

| this takes just 10 min to make. ingredients peas (boiled) - 1 cup sweet corn (boiled) - 1 cup carrot (small cubes) - 1 cup cabbage ( finely chopped) - 1/2 cup sprouts - 1 cup spring onions leaves ( finely chopped) - 1 cup tofu (cubes) - 1/2 cup soya sauce - 1/4 tsp tomato sauce - 1 tsp chilli sauce - 1 tsp salt - to taste rice - cooked - 3 cups olive oil - 1 tsp procedure: take a saucepan, put 1tsp oil, put peas, corn fry well. Add sprouts, carrots, cabbage, spring onion leaves. Fry for 2 min. Then add tofu, soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce. Mix well. Then add the cooked rice. Add salt. Mix everything well. Oriental fried rice is ready. |
