Tip for cauliflower paratha

Dear friends,
I learnt a good tip for cauliflower parathas from the Neelam Batra book that I would like to share with you.
Do not add salt to the cauliflower mixture when you prepare it initially, that will cause the cauliflower to release more water.
Instead only when you add the filling to the rolled out dough sprinkle. That makes the dough more manageable.

Thanks.
