Our supper tonight was mushroom pulao, potato and butternut curry, grilled chicken strips, and... beetroot raita! My husband was initially afraid of the raita, but he said it tasted good when he finally plucked up the courage to approach it.

I guess this is my second time to post in this thread, though have been checking on this thread regularly.

Yesterday, made dal dhokli and here it goes....This picture was taken when the saucepan was taken right out of the stove, so pardon the clarity (steam was covering my camera lens)
