now a special treat for you made only last night. Rasagulla!!!! again Chithramma's recipe. before i made in pressure cooker. y'day made in normal method and they came out damn good. the satisfaction and happiness i got after making this tricky sweet to almost a perfection... priceless:)

I am just attaching the rasgullas that I made thru pressure cooker method recipe.

How different it looks from your lovely gullas. I dont know where I went wrong. Anyway, I will keep trying the next time to achieve the desired results........ for sure.

Spicey Tofu Stir Fry that I made yesterday.

Here is my lunch - leftover vegetable stew, toast, and sabudana payasam for dessert. I don't know how you ladies manage to pose your wonderful pictures - I am finding it quite difficult not to start eating before I start taking photographs!

P.S. Please pardon the rather lurid colour of the stew; it's those beets again ;)
