Hi Gowri, Thank you for the recipe of sweetpotato n peas gravy. I used sweet potato only for vathakulambhus until now. Am planning ot try this over the weekend. Thank you. Hi Sunadrusha, The brussel sprouts kurma looks tempting with the perfectly round parathas. Hi All, I would like to know what are the ways we can cook the greens and veggies that are available here in US Canada. I see a lot of varieties of veggies but never tried them. I tried making kootus with parsnips(actually mistook it for raddish) n rutabagas(mistook it for turnips) but they were okay. So people if u can guide me to cooking all these american veggies in Indian way I will be delighted. They are so tempting. So If u have any reicpes with american veggies please post them. Please guide me to any links if this has been discussed previously. Thanks yaar. U Guys rock with tempting dishes all the time. Regards, CC
