Default Jams

FRUITS : GUAVA , PINEAPPLE , APPLE ,
MANGOES , PAPAYA , APRICOT , PEECHES ,
GOOSEBERRY .

Fruit pulp 1 kg
Colour as required
CA 1 - 1 1/2 tsp
Essence 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 kg

Select the ripe fruit not over ripe fruits . Remove the seeds and skin for ( pineapple , mangoes , pappaya ) .
Grate them and grind in mixi . Mix the pulp & sugar allow it to boil . Until it reaches the end point [ take little amount of jam in a plate and tilt the plate it must move into an u shape not to an v shape ] , now add colour , essence and CA ( if fruits are sweet add little more CA ) .

NOTE : Place an cotton saree , wooden plate or cement sheet below the bottle pour the jam while it is hot , but don’t remove them immediately until it comes to room temperature else the bottle will crack .

Thanks
