Cool Tips for 'Home alone' cooking

1. Use small cooker and for that use 'our school time tiffen box' as separaters.
So that you can cook just 1/2 cup rice and along with that you can cook some veg.& dal for 'koottu' or you can keep 1 tab sp dal for sambar.

2. Make 'potato spicy curry' , and use it as side dish, use it as 'masala' for masala dosa. Or Use the left over potato spicy curry, to make 'pav baji' . Just add 'pav baaji' masala in it and toast bread. that is all your Yummy pav baaji is ready to eat.

3. While making Oats, just add one or two spoons 'Oval tin' or 'Complan' with milk.
Your delicious Oats is ready.

4. If I want only 'Koottu sadam' I will keep rice + yellow moong dal + cut veg.( beans, carrot, cabbage or chow chow..) togather in the cooker. After opening the cooker pour 1 cup water in that. Mix well. Add 'kuttu podi', salt and curry leaves in that. Just keep it on the stove. In another stove, make seasoning if you want. Add the seasoning to this. Mix well and eat. 'Yummy"

How different is it from the regular chappathi?
