Default Breads & Rotis

I have heard that many things can be done with bread other than eating it as such.

Does anyone know what all things can be done using bread?

Yes. Bread can be used in variety of ways
Here goes one method.

Egg – 1
Sugar- 5 tb sp.
Milk (optional) – Instead of this you can increase the number of eggs.

Mix all the above. Soak bread in this. Take out and cook using ghee.

Default How to get back the softness in breads/buns?

Don’t get upset if your breads and buns lose its softness after a few days
Here is a tip for regaining its softness……
Put those breads and buns under steam for five minutes.
