Hi Huma,
I am interested to know why you think 5 years is too much gap. Can you share some examples?
Thanks!
Mythili

Dear Huma

Mythili has only 1 kid aged 5.

This topic has been discussed before and each one has his or her own opinion on this. Most people with kids with an age gap of 2-3 yrs, will always say that the best age gap is 2-3 yrs. Most people with kids with an age gap of 5-6 yrs, will say that is the best gap to have.

It all depends on the kids.Whatever be the age gap,if they are able to get along well, that is what matters.

I feel 10 or more yrs gap will definitely be too long..because one child will be grown up by then and have his/her own interests and friends and the other will just be a small baby.

in my opinion, 2-3 years is ideal. If you are young, you can wait a little bit longer, say 4 years.

Hi all,

In my opinion, 3-4 yrs. ideal gap. Some feel, bringing up two children (i.e. within short gap) is better...as they grow together. But I feel, the first child should need proper/ full attention till 4yrs. before one goes for the next....

hi

as said by everybody it absolutely depends on you...well the first 3 years of bringing up the kid is a very tuff task and thts why many suggest to have 2 babies at quite a short gap possible....but once ur 1st one has started going to school i think u can think abt having the second one....
