Default Books on parenting

Hi all,

I would like to share my experience with all mothers here.

I have a 3 years old daughter. I come across so many situations where I feel that I should know how to handle this better when I am dealing with her in everyday life.

Having no specialists to talk to on this subject, 6 months back I started reading books of parenting specialists ... It really helps a lot. I realise that I already know 70% of stuff from these books, still it helped me to remember that I know. It is certainly making me a better mom, my concious efforts of becoming a better mom are now more effective than ever.

Some of the books I read are...

PET by Thomas Gordon

10 principles of good parenting by Laurence Steingberg

and many Marathi books on parenting (gharoghari Dyaneshwar janmati, maza mul etc)
