Hi Huma,

Even I get motion sickness. What I do is I normally have hard candy in my car. If you use they candy which is sour it is good. If I have to go on long drives say for 4 hrs or so I normally take something to eat like chips (I know it adds calorie but believe me it is much better than getting sick). Also you can take some lemonade.

Hope this was helpful

hi..

You should avoid heavy diet or oily food while travelling or before travelling. The heavy diet creates more vomiting sensation during long hours travelling specially driving on hilly areas.

hope this will help you.

hi.....

Don't feel conscious while travelling....just be confortable like sitting in your drawing room.

The feel of consciousness of vomoiting will keeps you remindind that you are not comfortable.

divert your mind to some other things like listening to music...chatting with co-travllers...etc.

This will help you in passing the time during journey and divert your mind also.
