Feeling sleepy during the day

Although I take good 8.5 to 9 hrs of sleep. I feel very sleepy during the day. What could be the problem?

you shoud get a full check up done, could be due to a lot of things, sugar/insulin, thyroid or sleep apnea being some. your doc will advise you best.
