| | Natural Remedies for Swine Flu.good one to read ... Considering ongoing crisis scenario on H1N1 (Swine Flu) in India and
more so in Pune, Mumbai and New Delhi, it is natural to get scared with the news, prospect of getting infected thru contamination in air, time taken for detection, medical treatment facilities, availability of hospitals etc.
We feel it is important to be careful and take all the precautions as
being suggested. Fear too, is like the virus itself as there are scientific evidences that fear weakens our immune system further and makes us prone to catch infections.
So let us reduce our fear and become strong and wise with some natural
and time tested methods to strengthen our immune system. 1. Herbal Tea - In 2 cups of water, boil 9 -10 washed tulsi leaves, 1 inch piece of ginger (grated), a piece of cinnamon (daalchini), 3-4 cloves (laung) - boil till reduces to 1 cup. Sieve it and add 1 spoonful of honey. Take it twice a day. 2. Immune system strengthening products - (any one) Chyavanprash - 1 teasp twice a day Celin (500 mg) - Vit C daily Septilin (tablet or syrup for young children) - 2 twice a day (Ayurvedic) Tab Arogyavardhini - 2 tablets twice a day (Ayurvedic) Immunoforce - 15 drops in a glass of water twice a day (Homeopathic) 3. Other precautions - Avoid going to closed places with no ventilation Do surya namaskaar and pranayamas like anuloma viloma, bhramari, om chanting in the open, facing the sun - if done early in the morning (before 7 - 7.30 am). Avoid Kapaalbhati and Bhastrika if suffering from cold. Let us not forget, we Indians are blessed with a stronger immune system as compared to many other countries.
Keep up your faith and spread the message!

Dear Sirs,
This day after referring good number of books and making all sort of analysis I found a way to approach the Swine Flu that is rocking the world!
It appeared in Chennai in 1912, where quinine was sold and the German company made money.
But according to Hindu Science it is a Chicken POX related disease.
The bacteria of Swine flu is similar to Bacteria of rinder pest.
It will make the skin thick, and I made a through research in finding the chemistry of this swine Flu and if any company come forward I wish to share my views about Swine flu.
This is in good faith that I serve to CURE a Kind of Chicken Pox.
Since it is kind of POX I suggest the patient to avoid A/c rooms, lie on a cot made with neem tree wood.
wash foot with myroblem water once in the morning. According to me, the blood looses its oxygen and the skin is hardened like a Pig skin., so it is called Pig Fever.
The H1 N1 is the Hydroxide and Nitrogen that eats away the oxygen.
My self, a M.A. M.Phil Graduate, basically a Leather Chemist, doing research in Vedas and NaNo technology and applied for PhD in AArhus University., Denmark.

Wow!! Do you really think all this can help us fight a deadly virus like Swine Flu? I don't think you should spread all those lies or misconceptions on this forum. Homeopathy is a very old form of medicine and it is not capable of fighting virus as it keeps changing and no two virus are of the same kind.
Stop misleading people! |

He he I didn't know we can prevent Swine flu with herbal tea. Wonder why so many people got swine flu in China, though, because they only drink herbal tea there. Swine flu is a virus and not a bacteria, we can only fight it by keeping ourselves away from the people who have them.

Ok friends,
Agreed the enthusiasm of certain posters is above the norms and they tend to do post what they feel is right, there is a certain decorum to say that, and not to make fun and hurt others.
I also would want to point the op has not said that herbal tea cures swine flu she has mentioned that it is about increasing your immunity.
let us be open in our approach when we read a post, and also be polite in showing our disagreement.
