Default Need good Sleep??

Hi all,

In today's stressfull environment most people are not getting good sleep.
I was also in the same boat .then I read an article and follow these tips.And you know what it worked for me.Better you also try-

How to get good sleep?

  • I Never drink coffee in the night time
  • I drink warm milk with a teaspoon of honey before you go to bed.
  • I apply butter to treat cracked lips, and leave it overnight.
  • I often Listen to soft, soothing music that is rhythmic. Of course if you don't have a record, cassette or CD player that will automatically turn off, I don't suggest this. If you have to get up and turn it off at the end, you've obviously lost its effect
  • I Never sleep on your stomach. Try to sleep on your right side
  • Before trying all of that I wake-up early in the morning time. I Set up new regular bedtime routine.

One more good suggestion!!
Have book reading as a habit on bed, it will give a good sleep to you.

Hi all,

Wow Both of you have given me solution of my problem.
I want to share that Usually I feel very sleepy around 10-11 pm in the night.But as soon as go to bed,My sleep goes away.I have to try hard for sleeping.Last night I followed some of yr tips and you know it worked.
I got very sound sleep last night.
