Pre menstrual cycle

Dear friends,

I have my periods on 15th . Is there any way i can get them 3,4 days earlier.(I am in US). I would really appreciate your advise.Thank you.

Thank you Supriya. I have just gone through the thread. I will try eating jaggery in the morning.
