Hi Hema,

I live in US, I got gaps in between my teeth and that makes my teeth look ugly. I didnt have it from childhood, its from 2-3yrs it started developing gaps. For Dental problems like this, I can only get it done when I come to India. How long does it take for clips and getting them removed before I come back to US again.

Can you please ask your husband regarding this and let me know.

Dear Schamala

I enquired my husband regarding ur problem. His advice was

1. If the gap is 0.5 to 1.5mm then go for fixed appliances. It will take oone or two days to fix, but for full curing it may take 6 to 8 months.

2. If gap is more then go for JC, this will take 1 to 3 days.

Hope ur doubt is cleared. If not please let me know

Regards

Hema

Dear Shine

Good u know that widom teeth when it is coming out will be painful. Check if there is lot of gap surrounding the growing teeth or it is growing crooked.

If there is gap wash ur mouth with Rexidin mouth wash and apply dentogel to releive of the pain

Regards

Hema

Hi Hema,

My dentist did a bridge to fill the gap between my 2 teeth, lost one in between. He put a temporary one now and asked me to come back in 2 weeks for the permanent one. I was in pain whenever I ate something, so I went back to him and he said the tooth which is nsxt to the bridge has a cavity and he wants to do root canal before puttig the permanent bridge. Can you get me some advise from your husband? Thank you in advance.

Hi Hema ,

Am impressed !! Not being a Dentist you offer suggestions and attend to dental problems !!! Good.. This way not only are you so intrested in what your hubby does but also you interact the same with people.... Very well.. I am a Dentist and I just couldnt go on without appreciating you ...
Good Job !!! I am plannin to start a Dental Blog soon in IL and here I see good "dentist PRO" already !!!
Where does ur hubby practice in Chennai ? I will know him I suppose as I used to work in a dental company called 3M in india ( He would defntly know this company ).. Keep the good work going..
