Hi Punitha,
Usually dry mouth will be due to dehydration---for this you had to drink lot of water or liquids;
due to this winter season, we use heaters, which will also cause dry mouth---use humidifiers.
If you are going to catch a cold, your throat will also be dry, then gargle and take remedies for the cold.
If these are the reasons try and get well!

Dear Punitha
I saw a t.v add bout diabetes which goes undetected in many and one of the main symptoms is DRY mouth.
Thats why I said to consult doctor. Because you also mentioned tiredness. I have only written with good intentions. Even the other day some lady asked about her bleeding while she was pregnant and thats what I replied to go see a doctor ASAP. I have learnt not to take things for granted and sometimes its crucial to make the docotr visit atleast for peace of mind.
Hopefuly you will be fine but I just wrote what was my 0cent opinion. hope you are feeling better. good luck.

Dear AC,
We all know that you give good suggestions, so there is no need to feel about it.
It is always good to take precautions about health.. so recently I did my physical and thank god, everything is normal.

Hello Sri,
Thanks for your suggestion.
I do drink plenty of water. I think my husband is the cause for all these problems, as he puts on the room heater and house heater to high.
That's the reason I feel very dehydrated.
Today I feel much better.
