 Re: Neck Pain Once even I had severe pain in my neck (back side).So i visited doctor.She told me that there was muscle tear in the neck and so the unbearable pain in the neck (oh god!! it was so bad i remember it even now). She gave me some oral medicines and one cream to apply on neck.She asked me to gently apply it and never ever massage the neck. So i would suggest u to go to a doctor and check if it is something similar.      |

| Re: Neck Pain As i see u r in US,y dont u try applying icyhot cream on ur neck.That might help too.But v gentle application.DOnt rub hard. |
