sweat - how to avoid/take care

Hello,

I started walking 4 kms a day and during the process I sweat more due to which I get cold or headache (sweating head/ hair). Can anyone suggest on how to manage this ?

Dear hotcolain,

I thought I was the lone person in this universe to sweat on the head. I had long hair- up to my thighs. Because of the sweat problem,I have made it short upto shoulders. The hair becomes oily in 2 days time. I had to shampoo my hair once in two days to make to free of oil. I dread the onset of summer as it will make me look like I was inside a furnace. Please, somebody suggest a remedy for us.

P.S: - Some ask me to try once a shorter haircut (very short high up in the back and sides by haircutting machine)
