Default Diabetes and Gum Disease , What is the link?

Hello All,

The most ignored part of our body is usually the mouth. How often do we actually stop to take good care of our teeth? Most of us just brush our teeth once a day and then forget about it! Recently I read this article about how taking proper care of your mouth reduces blood sugar levels in Diabetic people.

Here is the link. http://www.diabetic-lifestyle.com/ar...98_whats_1.htm

Please do go through this article. Thre are tips for proper care of ones mouth. That even people without Diabetes should follow.

Default Very informative Vandhana,

Dear Vandhana,
Rightly said in this country they spend so much time educating us on oral hygiene. That site sure looked interesting and have added the site to my favourites. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Love,
