Default Re: Hypothiroidism and Calcium Iron intake

Hi,
my 17 year old son has hypotheroid problem from a very young age. He is taking Thyronorm 50 mg tablets every day on empty stomach. He is fat. he does not have time to exercise as he is in the Plus 2 now and has to spend long hours at school and for studies. Being a man, it is not much problem for him, but still there may be some kind later. At present he has reduced 10 kg, I don't know how. He is not doing any exercise and food is te same.
Those who want to reduce weight, please do not try anything on your own. I was also very fat, 79 kg and after consulting a dietician, i have reduced 10 kg in the past 8 months. People are asking me in wonder about how I lost eight.
So do get professional help to reduce weight.
