Urgent Help !!!

Hi all

I need a favour.

Do anyone coming from india(chennai) to USA? my mom forgot to bring some medicine (for her heart problem) and my brother has already bought that. it seems as it is a medicine it costs Rs.3500 to send it from india (medicine costs only Rs.180). I'll ask him to send it to that person along with the prescription.

I have one thought on this: This may not be a very expensive medicine here. Two possible routes: Ask your family doctor here to write for your mom and fill it in USA. Option two: have your brother fax the prescription to a Canadian pharmacy and have them mail it to you here in the states. You can call them and ask if this would work. There is a listing of meds that are very very cheap on Walmart pharmacy website and also maybe RiteAid....see if its on the list and call here to see price if it isn't.

Thankyou for the response. She need Ecospirin. Is it the same as aspisin in USA? any idea? I'll ask my family physician here....Any Doctor's in the forum???
