Default Husband's Work Time.

Hi Friends,

My friend's husband work for more than 12-16 hrs a day in IT, sometime forgetting abt his food, she worries a lot. She talks abt his health and no time to spend with her family.

She used to ask other friends, is that wat happens for them too. If you friends don't mind, can we share on this.I'll get some idea and pass on to her.

Thanks,
Pinky.

dear pinky,
not only in US, people here also who work for the US time face the same situation and we need to keep giving them more liquids to help them over come their fatigue, which is something none can avoid, as u work against ur sleeping time here, and food has to be well planned as they are more hungry during the night and without sunlight it may affect them, a diet well planned which is light and many times rather than one good dinner, say pack idlis with some sambhar to help eat with out dryness and some with molagapodi and oil to take as snack kind, and salads if you can, more of parathas with filled in veg to just roll and eat as they do not allow themselves the time to take a break, must be cool to mood swings which are plenty, they would be grumpy, so let them sleep more and later wake them for an hour for a walk which is good must cajole, as men love to be cajoled a lot, and fed in bed..sunkan

Hi Manjur & sunkan,

Thanks for ur reply.

My friend stays in US. She says that her husband do not interact or play with her kid , since he comes late frm the office. That time kid'll be sleeping and in the morning , he goes to office before the kid wake up.That too in winter, its not easy to step out.We have to stay @ home for the whole day.

How long can we watch TV, Browse n chat with frnds over phone? All get bored sometime.

Sunkan, Ur idea abt the diet is grt.I'm sure i'll pass on to her.

Thanks,
Pinky.
