 Re: Sourashtra Sorry Ladies..I forgot about this thread for a while  Nice to know about fellow sourashtrians and your love for their food.Yeah..sourahtra tamarind rice(called Ambat Bhath) is very yummy..i dont know the its puli kachal recipe..my mom makes very authentic ones..will post when u i go to india(in 2 days time)  .I will be in madurai..my In-laws place near Pandian Hotel.
