Regarding mangalsutra and engagement ring

    Its a matter of preference really. Whether a woman is a divorcee / widow, I strongly believe that no one should have the right to ask the woman to remove her mangalsutra or rings. The chain and ring is the woman's properties anyway and whether to wear them or remove them should be decided by no one but her. Just my opinion.

    Then the proper answer to give her Panda, is to ask her what she feels like doing. There's no need for her to do what other women has done. This is her life, her ring, her mangalsutra. If she feels that she wants to take it off, then by all means do it. If not, then keep it on.
