You are absolutely right about making your own choices; Mine is a love marriage that went very bad (you know part of my story) , however, I do not have any bitter feelings agaist anybody (Including my husband). For a few days I felt betrayed, but now I am over it and picking up life. I guess, I could do it so quickly because the marriage was my choice....very much agree with you.

You really a strong woman ,as you don't harbour bitter feelings for anyone.

Mine was totally arranged marriage and I had my own idea about my marriage which including to be just one man's woman. I just adored this man and wanted him to understand me and wanted to reconcile, so waited for 6 years.I did feel lot of guilt when I developed softcorner for this friend,as I felt that I am going weak somewhere.

But, now, I have understood its not a weakness.

I wish, all my buddies(eparated and widowed) will have the strength to come out of the difficult phase ad will be able to lead a meaningful life, either alone and with a partner if they are aspiring for one.

Something which makes you feel right is most likely the right thing in life. Problem happens when we try to set things right, which dont make us feel right. Feelings are facts, accept them. Thats what I am reading in my current book.

I can imagine your happiness and liveliness. There is nothing wrong and guilt worthy in being made to feel womanly. Thats what nature wanted , right! So revel in the being. You have travelled a long and dry patch of desert in life. This is the spring you deserve by every reason. I revel in your happiness. May life be a smoother and picturseque journey for you from here on.

My dad always says one thing, God gave us eyes in front for a reason. He doesnot want us to look in past. He wants us to move forward whatever be the situation.
