OB&Gynacologists in Chennai

    Dear lLites,

    Do you note down in a diary or in the system whenever you go for Dr.visit? Like, wat was the test done on that day and abt the discussions with the Dr....

    During pregnancy, we go for the check up often and in US, we get the bills after a month or so, which give us a great shock with min. bal. of 3 digit....

    I don't have the habit of write down all those. When I received my blood work (Lab) bills, I'm not sure of the tests done on that particular day. They send 2-3 bills for the same day...

    Do anyone have exp. on this? Does it really helps after the pregnancy also - note it down? Do you keep track of your wt, tummy size every month of your pregnancy...

    Hi Pinky,
    I do write down all the visits to the doc in my diary. I have the habit of writing down important happenings of daily life. I cant really say if noting down the Dr. visits will serve any useful purpose in future, but I am doing as a recording of something very important happening in life... the pregnancy journey :)

    Hello Pinky,

    I do make note of Dr. visits, lab visits for blood work and ultrasounds done. I do not write details like what type of tests but just keep record of the visits.

    Friends,

    Need urgent info on good gynaics in chennai. Preferably accessible from velachery, east tambaram areas.

    How is Kamakshi hospital in pallikaranai with respect to the gynaics there and the labour room facilites?

    Dr.Jayashree Gajaraj in Apollo Speciality hospital, Teynampet.
    Dr.Geetha Arjun in Sundaram Medical Foundation.
    No personal experience with them though - but have heard good reviews about them through doctors and patients.

    Good Gyno in Chennai

    Hi all,

    I got married in the month of Jan 2008. From the month of July I am trying to conceive, but there is no luck. We are planning to go for a check up. Can any of u suggest me with a good gynacologist for me to consult?

    It would be better if all of you who are looking for some reference of some sort be clear on the location that you are looking at- chennai is so vast and there are so many good doctors around .

    that would help other members to share their inputs with you.

    Vaguely remember this name, but not sure about Dr.Usha.
    But usually i hv a strong faith in Isabels somehow and their gyn/obs doctors..
