Learn me to cook

Hi Krishnaamma,

I saw your cooking tips, all were very useful & excellent.

Am getting married this November, i need the basic steps for cooking. That is basic sambar, rasam, kootu and so. I see so many types of recipies and get confused. Plz help me out.
