i got some greens names.

Kannada word - english word
Basale soppu - Vaali
Soppaseege soppu - Dill
Pudina - Mint
Palak - Spinach
Dantina soppu - Red spinach that you can buy in Indian stores.
Menthya soppu - Methi or fenugreek leaves.
Nugge soppu - Drumstick leaves

I just want to clarify regarding bay leaf. Its not called as bevina ele in kannada. Bevina ele means neem leaf. I think its called as pulav ele in kannada, not sure though.

Colocassia or the taro roots are more commonly called as 'kesuvina gedde' in kannada.

Gingelly= Ellu
Honey = Jenu tuppa or just 'jenu'
Guava = Seebe Hannu.
Jackfruit = Halasu
