Hi, Mam, I have read all your recipes... You are doing a good job!! Thanks I have a small bucket full of ragi flour, which I got for my DD. She is 1. 7 years old and she does not drink ragi kuzu. Now I do not know what to do with this powder. Nobody likes raggi dosa at home?? any good tips to use ragi
No problem dear you can make snacks out of ragi flour. you can use ragi flour like rice flour to make 'pakshanams' like thenkuzhal, murukku etc., but the colour will be dark but tastes good try and give me a feedback
