Welcome to Il and this thread. the
basic powder is having the following Ingredients only not red chilly powder.
Fenugreek 200 gms
Mustard seeds 100 gms
Asafetida bar 200 gms
3 -4 sp gingely oil
but you told that your pickle become salty. so you have to add red chilly powder with that. and you know , generally if they become old we feel salty. That is why when we prepare pickles we have to put more red chilly.
So which pickle you are having , let me know that first and then let me tell you what to do? ok ya? waiting for your response.
