Oats is a dietary fiber rich food capable of increasing the body’s metabolism.

2 - 3 spoons of oats with a little bit of turmeric, salt, coriander powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder is mixed with a cup of milk and heated for two minutes.

You can add fresh fruits to the mixture.

You can make the spices and use as ready made powder to put one or two pinches in the oats.

These are fantastic. I also try to add oats to everything. while making dosa, I take one laddle of normal dosa mixture and then add to it ground oats, appx 1 cup along with a little salt. This makes dosa more nutritious.
