Nothing will happend. Please dont afraid. But I dont know why you gave with milk? Just you can give it with warm water. Sorry for delay in replying. Fro the past 10 - 12 days I am away from IL

Dear Indu,

Congrats. My sincere advice is 'dont take Kashyams' at this stage. Take more fiber contant food. Like fruits raw veg. greens. Take one cup hot milk in night. Have one banana in night. Take 'milk with saffron strings' that will help you to cure your constipation. Take 'betal leaves' when ever possible. This will also help you.

Hi Sapna,

It is not 'kasambu' it is 'Vasambu' First get this and do the following.

Gas- Bake ‘vasambu’ on the flame and cover it with a big vessel. Remove and powder it. It looks like ‘black powder/kari powder’ . Have ½ spoon of it with sugar and drink with warm water. ‘Gas problem pooya poochu’. You can take 3 times a day.
But be careful while baking the vasambu on the flame. It must become red hot after that only you can remove it from the flame. If is ‘raw’ you cannot powder it and also it will give Sevier stomach pain.

I think this will help you. Let me know how you feel after taking this.
