Question What is the best way to store a fruit after it has been cut?

Hey Girls,

How I can keep or store a fruit after I have cut it so that I can eat it later? I wanna know how to retain the freshness of a fruit even after it has been cut or sliced. Generally, if you keep a sliced fruit for few hours, a brown stain will appear, and the freshness will go. So I wanna know how to retain the freshness of the fruit after I have cut it.
If you know please help me…

Take care,

Aparna

Thumbs up Re: What is the best way to store a fruit after it has been cut?

Hello Aparna,

I will tell you what I usually do after I have cut a fruit. I put it in a zip lock bag then put in a bowl. I wrap the bowl with ceramic wrap. It is useful and you can try it out.

Do let me know if it has helped you or not.

bye bye

Hello Aparna,

You have already been given two suggestions. Anyways, you can try mine as well. I apply salt on the fruits that are cut and put it n a Tupperware box and keep it in fridge. It really works and this way the fruits don’t get the brownish tinge on them.

Please lemme know if you go for my suggestion.

Take care,

Love,

Bye,

Saradia
