Which is the best toothbrush and toothpaste for our teeth?

Hello Friends,

I have heard that lot depends up on the tooth brush we use and also the tooth paste we use for the health of our teeth. I am very particular about which brush and paste to use for brushing my teeth, though I dunno if I use the best one for my teeth or not.
I wanna know which is the best toothbrush and toothpaste for our teeth?

Hello Aditi,

You can try using toothpaste with a lot of fluoride like pro enamel. It reduces tooth decay if you use it regularly. Though I don’t k know if it is the best or not, you can go for it.
But I don’t have any idea about which is the best toothbrush.

Well, I feel all the toothpastes are alike. Thought every toothpaste company brag about the about the added benefits their toothpaste have, I don’t think any of them are different from each other. You can use any paste you want to. But when you are choosing toothbrush, you will have to do it carefully. Choose according to your teeth type.

Debjani is right, all the toothpastes are somewhat the same, and they have the same ingredients. The type of toothbrush that you are using is important. You should buy according to your teeth type, but it will be better if you buy toothbrush with soft bristles, which will not affect your gums. And make sure that you change your brush once in three months.

Thanks everyone for posting it. But none of you have mentioned any names. To Aparajita, how would I understand what my teeth type is? I generally change my brush once in four months, so I will have to change every three months from now.

Tooth paste are getting innovative. Colgate has one with salt and Dabur has one with Meswak. Colgate, Pepsodent and Dabur are all doing well. Dabur Lal Dant Manjan is now in toothpaste form as well.

Hi as far as i know, you can use pepsodent toothpaste. My dentist has even suggested this for me. But i have no idea about toothbrushes.
