Looking for Cosmetic surgeon in Calcutta

Hi Friends,
I would be visiting Calcutta with my Didi (Elder sister) in 1st week of Feb 2009 for her marriage scheduled in March. My sis and I would be moving to Calcutta early and my parents would join us later. My sis has a mole on her right cheek, which she wants to remove before her marriage. I am looking for a good Cosmetic surgeon in Calcutta who can do it.

We would be staying at our uncle's place in Salt Lake (Bidhannagar) area and I am looking for some clinic in that part of Calcutta. Is there anybody who can suggest someone? Please help...

Near Salt Lake, you’d find Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals - just opposite Hyatt Regency. They have a Dermatology Dept. I have no personal experience but one of my relatives were treated for some birthmarks there. They have all those Laser surgeries and everything. You can check it out!

You know, it is a reputed hospital and it has operated on celebrities too. You can take your didi there and check out with the facilities they offer. When it comes to cosmetic surgery, you must choose the medical center carefully... you see, a beauty job gone wrong can be disastrous. I would suggest you go to AMRI Hospital in Salt Lake. It is one of the best health care centers in Kolkata that I know of. The best surgeons are employed there and that way, you can lessen the risk of the surgery greatly. You must do a personal review of the hospital before finalizing your decision.
