    Dear Viji

    inspired by your photo of the doormat, I made one-even copied your kolam design. I am very pleased with the outcome. I am thinking of adding the decorations on the corners tomorrow. Thanks for your idea.

    That is nice n creative. I used d gunny bag for applique work for the sarees n also used them for hanging earings for display. Once my quota for attachments is reviewed n upgraded i ll remember to send the pics. Inshah Allah!

    ur doort mat with kolam is a nice idea and a good one too.
    i too had made a door mat with old sofa cover which comes kin thick material like gunny bag and i had it in the cooking area of my kitchen. now it is too old to be photographed. i think of replacing it soon. when i do so i shall post it here.
