I don't think Ganeshji is looking sad so u know I didn't scold him,haha!!!
As for the procedure, actually it is done on a thick thermocol, thin can't be used as it will break easily.
I tried to trace the design but couldn't so I cut the outline of the design, placed it on the thermocol & cut using a paper cutter.
Then u have to apply a mixture of white cement, glue & little water, no ratio reqd to give a stiff finish
After it dries apply black paint & spray white paint using a toothbrush, leave it to dry
Then draw the inner design, I did free hand drawing...

I did the exact same wheel when I was in my teens. 20yrs later I look on the internet for measurements and I found this exact same peice that I’m interested...except no measurements can someone help with the circle radius for the small and big circle? I can figure the rest. Thanks in advance
