Wow friend Hats off My dear once I made a border for my in skirt and curtains ....u can use it a lovely plain Georgette saree friend ..it is hard work and so well done ..dont overdo it magenta ,lavender, or mauve will look nice with this border ..or blackish grey, or light color .... whatever u do it will look fantastic as the designs are fantastic friend It is actually amazing and perfect ...

Very nice,
I remember at my childhooddays,even the sevents used todo crochet,specially for petticoat borderwith simple white thread.

even the northindians have stopped these hand works like knitting and tatting,crochetting.

Very pretty border and also matching hand pouch to go with the sari. Since its a silvery border, you can go for a nice dark shade plain / self designed chiffon or georgette sari. The drape will be very pretty and you will look stunning if you match it with good accessories. Hats off to your patience.!!! Good work friend
