    the grey one is made with bamboo stitch..google for bamboo stitch tutorials. once you understand the stitch you can do it..

    Shanthi, now that you know my stage of crocheting..just a beginner...do you think I will be able to do it. Is it complicated.
    I will google for it ..but thought to know it from you first :biggrin2:. Then will proceed.

    you can do it.. but i will write the pattern for you after i try it once..it is easy once you master the stitch. learn the stictch i will tell you how to proceed further..i am doing a scarf using this stitch for C..it is 60% over

    come on..

    sorry it is the broomstick stitch..and it is called so because earlier they used broomstick handle to make it..

    you are welcome samra. do post your pouch once you complete it..it is made as a single length with closed with sc pulled on all three sides..and then done again 2/3 times.. the tassle is worked individually pulling up just 5 stictch loops for the 1block of broomstick stich .and the the last line is a tassle made on the same loops. hope you make it..

    i loved the color and the pattern..will be doing one for my daughter..thanks for sharing that picture..
