Yoga/Aerobic classes in Kawdiar/Vellayambalam/Vazhuthacaud

Hello friends...

I am a new member to the huge family called INDUS LADIES and i'm proud to be one....

Before i could send a post,i thought i'd just look around and see what the family has been upto in my absence!!!!

And i must admit,they have been upto a lot of good work..Keep it up guys!!!.

I am from trivandrum.Married with a cute 5 month old son. I had a cesarian done as a result of which i have added extra and extra pounds of flesh on to my once upon a time lean body. I had been into yoga. Would like to know if there is any yoga or aerobic classes somehere around kawdiar/vellayambalam/vazhuthacaud???

I am also from TVM, currently doing a yoga course in KanakaNagar, near Nanthencode. I find it very good, especially I have lost weight and some inches round my tummy.
