Default Post pregnancy diet

Dear all
I am 38 weeks pregnant.And my due date is August 13.I don't have any idea about diet after delivery.Can u pls suggest what are all the food to avoid after delivery?.What are all the food to take.I am planing to give breast feed for my baby.Pls advice.

Congrats in your pregnancy!!!
Try to increase the garlic and lauki intake, as both of them increases milk supply.
For one month post delivery my mother compelled me to take rice fried in ghee with shallots and turmeric. It helps to heal internal wounds.
Gondh ki ladoo is good for milk supply. You can get gondh in Indian shop.
I will add to this list whenever I remeber something.

I spoke to my mom about this for me -

Below is the list mom mentioned
drink milk 3 times a day
In vegges - Dondakaya(Tindora)
In non-veg - Fish, Kheema, egg

black urad dal is allowed ? which all dal is mandatory and which one to avoid ?
also, what would be best post pregnancy vegetarian diet ?
