Hello,

Ella koottukarikalkkum sukhamalle. oru puthiya thread thudangatte. 1 vayassulla kunjinte food plan cheyyamo? Kunjinu enthokke kodukkam nammude nadan reethiyil. not the tin foods. Please share your ideas.

start giving cow's milk a class in 2-3 times a day.

Pinne nammalude Kurukke, panjipulle, or banana powder morning & evening.

Breakfast- Iddli is beast, but nallathupolle curd or milk veche kuzhakkanam.

We can give seasonal fruits or fruits juice made in home only. It is best to avoid extra sugar.

Give rice with Dal, parippu, egg, thoran(carrot, beatroot, cherupayar, potato), and also can include ghee & curd along with meals.

Evening-il boiled banana, or kurukku
Night - can give podiyari kanji(small rice) with ghee is good for night digestion.

yes nanda, you can give your baby Kurukku of Ragi, rice, atta or suji with sugar or jaggery and a little of ghee or butter.

lunch and dinner could be rice, moong dal and any vegitables.

you can also give fruits, juices or boiled in the case of apple.

hi nanda.. eniku kunj illa ithuvare.. but usually ragi kurukku, idli, warm milk and ichiri ghee cherkum, nenthrakaya boiled, with all the strands removed with a little bit of jaggery, egg yolk (half boiled), cerelac kodkum, i guess called cream of wheat.. pakshe inte friend paranju, dr. recommended no wheat until 2 years old..
