Totally agree with ya neets...He was indeed a great director and script writer...I just loved all his movies especially Veendum chila veetukaryangal - the part which he says to jayram"chokkumalayilirikkunnavan chokkanweshichu pokkunna pole..." ..... He had given lot of good artists(Manju warrier, Meera jasmine) to malayalam industry

He could have taken his health bit more seriously..Felt very sad when i heard that even after doc's advising him to go for a bypass surgery - he postponed that to do some movie. If only he had done that surgery we could have had him for some more time....well, everyone needs to go when the time comes na...it's scary, that people just disappear like that :'-(

In tamil, he directed 'Kasthoorimaan' starring Prasanna, Meera Jasmine, Thilakan, Karunas and Raghuvaran, which was a remake of Malayalam movie with same name.A writer whose works literally liberated the Mollywood to meaningful cinema, he created 44 screenplays and directed 12 films in his career that lasted twenty two years.May his soul rest in peace!

roopa, bhootakandai is yet another good movie,he had portrayed the message in a very effective and touching manner, that movie has a huge impact on our minds.
