Help me make my honeymoon travel in God's own Country

Friends,
My marriage is within a month. I and my fiance is planning to make a honeymoon trip to god's own country. :) I've been to kerala few times. But don't know exact places where we can stay and how to make our trip really a good memorable one.

Can you please help me to plan for a good trip? We have 10 days leave after our marriage. We thought of starting from kumaragam. Can you tell me what are the places we can visit on those days? We're looking for an affordable trip.

How about a boat house stay for a day? Where do I need to book all those? How much does it cost overall?

Suggest me good hotels to stay which can provide good food also.

Congratulations for your upcoming marriage !!
Even we went to Kerala for our honeymoon just 2 years ago so i'll let you know my experiences there...

We stayed in Munnar for 2 days and then left to thekkady. We stayed in a tree house there. Then we went to Kumarakom and stayed in a house boat( I would personally suggest to go for Taj if it fits your budget). Please feel free to ask me in case you have any more questions.
