hi ladies!am 27 and i am done with my MD degree ..went through lot of stress during the exam months and have gained lot of weight too,,,from 62 to 67 kgs..feeling weird about myself.as am done with my exams i feel like i need to escape to place where i can retreat myself ...spend time for myself and take care of my body ...searched online for ayurvedic and yoga centres in kerala.they dont help me get any clue of what to do ahead...what do u guys suggest?...either stay in the place where i am and continue to workout or spend a lil and escape ...help me out.. love
