Hi Satyaa,

Vimalalayam is at Kacheripadi on chitoor road.

They are famous for their coir products and hand embroidery. REcently when i went there, i saw that they have started a few short courses too. I don't remember what were they.

But its a place worth visiting once.

I think yes, Cochin is a better place to hang out and shopping.
